Places a copy of the original element, moving it to the position given by origin_x, origin_y, and optional rotation by the element rotation degrees. The new element is striped of all database links before it is added to the design file. If no new origin is given the element will by placed in the same position as the old element. If no rotation is given the element is not rotated. To place a rotated element in the same position as the old element, use the variables origin_x and origin_y (the old origin) to select the new position.
